Partner terms

1. Who these terms are for
- These terms apply between Koh Samui Advisor Co., Ltd., licensed tour operator (TAT licence 44/00295), and every hotel, shop, tour desk or travel agency that sells our tours as a partner.
2. Bookings
- Partners book through their own partner link, the partner tablet or the QR code. Every booking made this way is credited to the partner.
- Tour details, availability and prices are shown live from our shop. We confirm each booking and send the ticket to the guest.
3. Payment by guests
- Guests pay on the tour, online, or at the partner's desk.
- A partner may only take payment at its desk if it holds its own valid TAT licence. Without a licence, the guest pays Koh Samui Advisor directly.
4. Commission
- 30 % of the booking value on tours run by Koh Samui Advisor.
- 10 % of the booking value on tours by other operators, if the partner has switched these tours on in the partner area.
- Commission is earned only on bookings that are paid and not cancelled.
- Travel agencies receive individual rates, agreed in writing.
5. Statement and payout
- The partner area shows a monthly commission statement.
- Commission for a month is paid by bank transfer by the 15th of the following month, to the account stored in the partner area. Complete company details (registered name, address, 13-digit tax ID, bank account) are required before the first payout.
- Commission is stated excluding VAT. Partners registered for VAT invoice 7 % VAT on top.
- As required by Thai law, 3 % withholding tax is deducted from the commission. The partner receives a withholding tax certificate.
6. Cancellations
- Cancellations follow the conditions shown for each tour.
- Partners can cancel bookings that are not yet paid in the partner area. No commission is due on cancelled bookings.
7. Insurance
- Our own tours include accident insurance for the guests. Tours by other operators are insured by the respective operator.
8. Access and ending the partnership
- Partner code and PIN are confidential and meant for the partner's staff only.
- Koh Samui Advisor may block access in case of misuse. Either side can end the partnership at any time. Commission earned until then is paid out.
9. Data protection
- We use partner data only to run the partner programme and to pay commission, and guest data only to handle the booking.
